BOY, 13, CHARGED IN 12-YEAR-OLD'S SHOOTING DEATH

A 13-year-old boy has been charged with the shooting death of a 12-year-old boy in Pennsylvania.

The incident occurred on Saturday afternoon in the city of New Castle.

The victim was found with a gunshot wound to the chest and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The suspect was taken into custody and charged with criminal homicide and related offenses.
